FRESH ZUCCHINI SPEARS

WITH CREAMY DILL DIP

1 ½ cup low fat sour cream

1 tbsp fresh dill

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

1 tbsp milk

3 medium zucchini, quartered horizontally

10 minutes

Place all ingredients, except zucchini, in the

bowl, pulse 3-4 times. Add teaspoons

of milk as needed to reach your desired

consistency. Remove the dip and place in a

small serving bowl. Oer zucchini spears

with the fresh dill dip.
